Snowbird Ski Area and Alta Ski area are the most accessible world-renowned ski resorts in North America: only 29 miles from Salt Lake City International Airport, with over 600 daily non-stop flights from most major U.S. cities.

You can arrange your airport transfers through Canyon Transportation at 800-255-1841 or ww.canyontransport.com for pre-paid 40-minute, direct shuttles to Alta Ski Area and Snowbird Ski Area – only about a mile between the two Utah Ski Resorts.  This is an inexpensive way to get to Alta Ski Area and Snowbird Ski Area, leaving the airport within minutes of your arrival. Snowbird Ski Area is located at the base of granite mountain peaks near the top of Little Cottonwood Canyon.  Majestic mountains and glorious vistas await both skiers and boarders. Alta Ski Area is just one mile up the canyon.  
Snowbird Ski Area offers a plethora of dining options, a luxurious spa, and four-season activities. Average snowfall of 500” makes Snowbird Ski Area a great playground for powder hounds.  Advanced skiers can enjoy Snowbird Ski Area’s 35% advanced terrain – both packed and powder runs.  However, Snowbird Ski Area also offers beginner and intermediate skiers lots of options with 27% beginner terrain and 38% intermediate terrain.
