Powder Ridge is located close to the town of Alta and the Alta Ski Resort. 

Powder Ridge 12B is a gem of a condo.  It is close to Alta - you can ski right out the door and back!   You will want to cozy up to the fireplace while enjoying majestic mountain views and conversation in the living room after skiing or hiking in our beautiful mountains.  

The condo has an attached one-car garage, a private outdoor hot-tub on a balcony, washer and dryer and everything you need for a great summer or winter vacation!   There is a well appointed open kitchen, dining and living area that makes the space very light and airy. 

This condo is a large three bedroom plus loft property that sleeps 10 in eight beds.   The beds include a King in the master, along with the master bathroom,  a Queen in the 2nd bedroom, two Twins in the 3rd and two sets of Twin bunk beds in the loft bedroom.
