Canyon Services Snowbird Lodging and Condos, Alta Condos and Alta Vacation Homes are each individually owned.

and part of the rental pool of Canyon Services. When you book a vacation rental property with Canyon Services, you can count on a condominium property or home that is well maintained, beautifully appointed and a pleasure to stay in. You receive great value for your vacation dollar.

Each Alta Condo or Snowbird Condo is unique, and depending on where it is located has views of mountain peaks or aspen and pine forests. Snowbird and Alta Vacation Rentals give you both the world of Alta Ski Resort and Snowbird Ski and Summer Resort as your outdoor playground - great for summer hiking, biking and ourdoor summer activiites as well as winter skiing, boarding and other snow sports fun.

All holiday bookings require seven nights or more.

We prefer Saturday to Saturday.

$120 Fee added to any reservation less than seven nights -

these can only be booked about 45 days prior to arrival (four night minimum).

50% deposit of Rent due at Booking, along with travel insurance fees.

We reccommend Travel Insurance to Protect your Investment.

Deposit Requirements
2009- 2010 Low, Regular & Summer Seasons: 50% of the total rent is due at the time of booking. For summer monthly rentals, the first month is due at booking along with the security deposit of $1200. Each month thereafter is due 10 (ten) days prior to the next month reserved. All but $150 of the deposit is refundable, except for additional cleaning and/or any unpaid utilities or damage, at departure. Utilities will be paid monthly, directly to Canyon Services Office. (Utilities range from $10 to $200 per month, depending on usage). Holiday Seasons: 50% of total rent is due at the time of booking.

2009-2010 Low, Regular & Summer Seasons: Full payment due 60 days prior to arrival NOTE: Any reservation made within 60 days prior to arrival will require full payment Holiday Seasons: Full payment due 90 days prior to arrival NOTE: Any reservation made within 90 days prior to arrival will require full payment IF FINAL PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED WITHIN FIVE DAYS OF DUE DATE, RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELLED WITH NO REFUNDS!!! Signed Rental Agreement required prior to check-in for telephone charges & damage deposit
Cancellation Policy
Low, Regular & Summer Seasons: Cancellations 90 days or more prior to arrival charged a $200 handling fee Cancellations between 89 and 61 days prior to arrival forfeit deposit Cancellations 60 days or fewer forfeit full payment Holiday Seasons: Cancellations more than 120 days prior to arrival charged $500 handling fee Cancellations between 120 and 91 days prior to arrival forfeit deposit Cancellations 90 days or fewer prior to arrival forfeit full payment
Housekeeping On a 6 or 7 day reservation stay, get a mid-week cleaning and linen change. Addititional cleaning services or daily maid service available. Inquire for rates.

NOTE: 13.10% Sales and Lodging Tax not included in above prices. - Less than Seven (7) Night Stay, add $120.00. There is a four night minimum stay - and generally these short stays are only booked about 45 days prior to arrival.
