Deposit Requirements
 
2008 - 2009
 
Low, Regular & Summer Seasons:
 
50% of the total rent is due at the time of booking.
For summer monthly rentals, the first month is due at booking along with the security deposit of $1200.
Each month thereafter is due 10 (ten) days prior to the next month reserved. 
 
 All but $150 of the deposit is refundable, except for additional cleaning
and/or any unpaid utilities or damage, at departure.
Utilities will be paid monthly, directly to Canyon Services Office. 
(Utilities range from $10 to $200 per month, depending on usage). 
 
Holiday Seasons:
 
50% of total rent is due at the time of booking.
 

Final Payment

2008 - 2009
 
Low, Regular & Summer Seasons:
 
Full payment due 60 days prior to arrival
NOTE:  Any reservation made within 60 days prior to arrival will require full payment
 
Holiday Seasons:
 
Full payment due 90 days prior to arrival
NOTE:  Any reservation made within 90 days prior to arrival will require full payment
 
Signed Rental Agreement required prior to check-in for telephone charges & damage deposit

Cancellation Policy
Summer 2008
Cancellation 60 days prior to arrival will be charged a $50.00 handling fee.
Cancellations 59 to 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit $200.00.
Cancellations 30 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit full payment.
 

Beginning November 2008 - 2009

Low, Regular & Summer Seasons:

Cancellations 90 days or more prior to arrival will be charged a $200 handling fee
Cancellations between 89 and 61 days prior to arrival will forfeit deposit
Cancellations 60 days or fewer will forfeit full payment

Holiday Seasons:

Cancellations more than 120 days prior to arrival will be charged a $500 handling fee
Cancellations between 120 and 91 days prior to arrival will forfeit deposit
Cancellations 90 days or fewer prior to arrival will forfeit full payment

Housekeeping
On a 6 or 7 day reservation stay, there will be a mid-week cleaning and linen change. 
Addititional cleaning services or Daily maid service available.  Inquire for rates.

No-Snow Policy
If ski areas have less than 50% of runs open, the entire deposit and final payments
will be refunded less a handling fee of $50.00.

NOTE:
13.05% Sales and Lodging Tax not included in above prices. - Less than Seven (7) Night Stay, add $120.00. 
There is a four night minimum stay.
