Site Location

The Sugarplum Townhouse condominiums are located on the Alta Bypass road across from Snowbird Ski & Summer Resort with expansive views down Little Cottonwood Canyon.

Mountain View

These Townhomes offer spectacular views of Snowbird Ski & Summer Resort, Mt. Superior and the Hellgate Cliffs through their floor to ceiling glass walls.

Resort Access

You can walk across the Bypass Road and hop on an intermediate non-groomed trail - to the Snowbird Tram and high speed Peruvian Quad Lift - depending on snow and weather conditions. These condos are about a three minute free shuttle ride to Alta Resort. There is convenient access to transportation services which link Snowbird and Alta, including a free shuttle during most of the ski season and Utah Transit Authority Bus ski bus service.
