The View Penthouse

The View is nestled up against the mountain and each and every condo has an incredible view of towering pines or the canyon below, including Snowbird Resort and Mt. Superior.   The Penthouse is a totally awesome property with majestic views from every room!  It is over 5000 square feet of light and space with plenty of room for relaxing after a day on the slopes.   The common area hot tub, which accommodates about twelve to fifteen people, is in the center section of the building.  

The Penthouse is an incredible five-bedroom condominium that is just minutes away from world-class skiing at Alta or Snowbird.  The decor and comfortable furnishings make this a fabulous accommodation for large groups.   This lovely Penthouse has two floors of living space, with three bedrooms and a loft on the 2nd floor and two sitting/room bedrooms and the main lving spaces on the first floor.  There lots of areas for relaxing, watching TV and viewing movies or socializing.   The living room has a wood-burning fireplace for cozy wintery nights, with the dining room and kitchen adjacent.  The kitchen is large and well-appointed for cooking, dining and socializing.

The master bedroom, on the upper floor, has a King size bed and a wood burning fireplace as well as a large master bathroom.  The other two bedrooms on this level have two twin beds, each and a full bath.  The open loft has a sitting area, TV, and a full/twin bunk.  The two bedrooms on the main floor are combination sitting room/bedrooms.  One has two twin beds (that can be made up as a King bed) and a sofa sleeper along with a TV.  The other has a full/twin bunk with the sitting area.  Two powder rooms service the main floor, and the three upstairs bathrooms serve all sleeping areas for bathing.   

There is outdoor parking for two vehicles. The View is centrally located between Alta and Snowbird, with ski-in/out access to Snowbird for intermediate and above ability and a short shuttle ride to Alta.
