Canyon Services offers our guests Utah vacation homes and condominiums in the heart of Little Cottonwood Canyon. All our vacation rentals in Utah are nestled between Alta Ski Area and Snowbird Ski and Summer Resort. Each property is individually owned and part of the rental pool of Canyon Services. When you book a Utah vacation rental property with us, you can count on a condominium or home that is well maintained, beautifully appointed and a pleasure to stay in.
You receive great value for your vacation dollar as we have the ability to accommodate your entire family or group of friends! Snowbird and Alta Lodging and vacation rentals afford access to both Alta Ski Area and Snowbird Ski and Summer Resort as your outdoor playgrounds. Little Cottonwood Canyon offers year round fun with summer hiking, biking and outdoor activities as well as winter skiing, boarding and other snow sports. Each of our properties is unique, and depending on where it is located has views of mountain peaks or aspen and pine forests, just what you’re coming to enjoy!
Please see our “Canyon Services Policies and Information” table below for all of our policy information. All holiday bookings require seven nights or more and we prefer Saturday to Saturday.
A cleaning fee is added to any reservation less than seven nights. Less than seven night stays are not ususally booked until close to arrival times. There is a four (4) night minimum stay requirement. Occasionally, we can book a stay of less than four nights - sich stays will incur the enitre cleaning fee for the unit. 50% deposit of Rent is due at booking, along with travel insurance fees, on all reservations.
We highly ecommend Travel Insurance to Protect your Investment. Please ask the reservations agent who assists you for details and cost.

Canyon Services Policies and Information |

Deposit and Final Payment Requirements 2011 - 2012 Holiday Seasons 50% of total rent is due at the time of booking. Full payment due 90 days prior to arrival; NOTE: Any reservation made within; 90 days prior to arrival will require full payment. Final Payment is due at Canyon Services within FIVE days of the due date to insure that your reservations will not be cancelled without refund.
Low, Regular & Summer Seasons Daily/Weekly Bookings: 50% of the total rent is due at the time of booking on short term stays. Full payment due 60 days prior to arrival NOTE: Any reservation made within 60 days prior to arrival will require full payment. Final Payment is due at Canyon Services within FIVE days of the due date to insure that your reservations will not be cancelled without refund.
Monthly Bookings: First month rent is due at the time of booking along with the security deposit of $1500, of which all but $200 is refundable, unless there is additional cleaning or damage remediation that needs to be taken care of. Each month's rent thereafter is due 15 (fifteen) days prior to the next month reserved. A pre-set Utility charge depending on the unit, will be added at the time of booking.Most monthly rentals are for summer use - there are very few monthly rentals during winter season - call for information and availability. |

Cancellation Policy |

Low, Regular & Summer Seasons: Cancellations 90 days or more prior to arrival charged a $200 handling fee Cancellations between 89 and 61 days prior to arrival forfeit deposit Cancellations 60 days or fewer forfeit full payment

Housekeeping About mid-stay, a 7 day reservation, your unit will be cleaned and the linens changed.
Summer Cleaning Fees All bookings will be charged a cleaning fee of $200.00 during the summer period. |

CSA Travel and Damage Insurance Damage Deposit Coverage is now required on all bookings. It costs $35 and will be added to your folio at the time of booking. This coverage provides up to $3000 for an accidental damage or breakage in a unit. We recommend Travel Insurance to Protect your Investment. Ask the reservations agent who assists you for details and cost. |

Note 13.10% Sales and Lodging Tax not included in above prices. There is a 4 night minimum stay - and generally these short stays are only booked about 45 days prior to arrival. |
