Sugarplum Townhouse 3

This lovely, multi-level condo has magnificent views down Little Cottonwood Canyon, looking at Snowbird and beyond. You enter Sugarplum Townhouse 3 at ground level, where there is an attached, one-car garage.  Here, there is a roomy entry with plenty of space for stowing ski and summer recreation equipment.   Up just eight stairs there you'll find a lovely bedroom with two sets of Twin bunk beds,  a full bathroom, and a small sleeping area (windowless) with a Queen bed, with outside access to the hot-tub deck.

Levels three and four are where the living and dining areas are located, which are beautifully furnished and spacious, with great views! The deck outside of the kitchen houses the hot-tub.  There is a large, well-appointed kitchen with everything you need for cooking and eating, as well as socializing. 

Up one further level are two guest bedrooms, each with its own attached bathroom . The Master bedroom has wonderful ambiance with its King sized log bed and cozy fireplace.  There is a  jetted tub for relaxing after a busy day.  The 2nd bedroom has two Twin beds with views looking toward Alta. Townhouse 3 is a very nice condo - lots of space for relaxing and socializing with family and friends!
