The Village at Sugarplum 17

The Village at Sugarplum is a mountain cottage setting with loads of ambiance. The Village Unit #17 is a wonderful  4 bedroom condo, nestled in the pines and aspens between Alta and Snowbird. This georgeous condo has everything you need for a great vacation! The Living areas are all on the main floor of the condo. The kitchen is well appointed and has a breakfast bar in addition to the dining table.   It opens into the the dining area where there are doors out to a balcony with a great view.  The living room is lovely and very comfortable and has a cozy fireplace.  There is a small den off the living area.   There is a half bath on this level of the condo.

This condo will sleep three or four couples very comfortably in it's seven beds.. Two of the bedrooms are on a lower floor. The Master bedroom, has a Queen sized bed, has a private bath, and a sitting room with a Queen Futon.  Down the hall is another bedroom with two twins that can be made up as a King and further down the hall is the private hot-tub and bathroom in a glassed in room that looks out into the woods.

The upper level of the condo has one bedroom with two twin beds that are built in and another bedroom with two more twins.  There is a full bath that serves this floor. 

There is a one car covered garage, washer & dryer and everything you need for a great ski or summer vacation get-away! The Village at Sugarplum is Ski-in/out to Snowbird and a short, free shuttle ride to Alta.
