The Village at Sugarplum 3

The Village at Sugarplum is a mountain cottage setting with loads of ambiance.  The Village Unit #3 is a beautiful 3 bedroom condo, nestled in the pines and aspens between Alta and Snowbird.  It has all the amenities you might need or want for a great vacation!  The Living areas are all on the main floor of the condo.  The kitchen is well appointed and has a bar with three stools.  It opens into the the dining area where there are doors out to a balcony with a great view.  The living room is compact, but very comfortable and has a great fireplace.  There is a small den off the living area with a piano and a Queen sofa sleeper.  There is a half bath on this level of the condo.

This condo will sleep three or four couples very comfortably in it's three beds plus the sofa sleeper.    Two of the bedrooms are on a lower floor.   The Master bedroom, with a King sized bed, has a private bath, plus French doors that open to the hot tub room.  The other guest room on this level, has a Queen sized bed and it's own bath.   The private hot-tub is on the lower level in a glassed in room that looks out into the woods.  

The upper level of the condo has an open loft with a full sized pool table.  The third bedroom is on this level with a Queen sized bed and a bathroom.

There is a one car covered garage, washer & dryer and everything you need for a great ski or summer vacation get-away!   The Village at Sugarplum is Ski-in/out to Snowbird and a short, free shuttle ride to Alta.
